Submitting Donation Checks

 

How to submit personal checks for your Final Leg Fundraising

A few questions have been asked about what to do if a donor wants to make a payment to you by check.

Kami Delameter has prepared a cheat sheet to walk you through the process.  You'll find a link to a PDF version of that document below.

Her instructions are as follows:

1. Collect all checks to mail at one time
2. Ensure all checks are made out to Special Olympics
3. Fill out the Check Submission Form with the relevant details 
4. Email a copy of the form to Kami (kdelameter@specialolympics.org)
5. Mail the completed Check Submission Form and checks to Special Olympics Finance at the address shown in the Information Sheet.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS WITH YOU TO BERLIN - MAIL THEM TO SPECIAL OLYMPICS BEFORE YOU LEAVE
